Ria is the company's VP of Software Engineering and manages the software coding team. She has 15 years experience in software design and coding and leads the company's programming team and manages numerous concurrent software projects. 

Ruchie Custan is a senior systems engineer supporting a variety of projects for the company. After graduation, Mr. Custan has worked with a variety of both large and small organizations which have provided him a wide range of skills. These range from microcontroller design, advanced sensor systems, and advanced environmental applications for sustainability and more. He is currently based in British Columbia, Canada.

Oscar Anchondo is an Architect graduated from the University of Sonora with 17 years of experience designing and executing projects from conceptualization to construction. He holds a Masters in Architectural Visualization and has advanced 3D modeling and animation skills.

Francisco Escalante is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in various fields. He has worked as a psychologist, a support teacher in basic education, a high school teacher in the humanities area, a health promoter, and a counselor for young people in vulnerable situations. In addition, he has been a university professor and has ventured into creating stories for children and youth, as well as writing chronicles and articles on various topics. Francisco now focuses on the psychological impacts of the climate crisis and how to facilitate adaptation to new realities and technologies. As a Yaqui, Francisco also studies how indigenous cultures can offer solutions to modern social challenges.

Paul Custan is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer working in projects that involve Electrical systems design, Electronic design prototype development, and Software/Hardware testing. He has also been working on some of the company's research work that involves electrical and energy systems.

Dheeraj Chettri is a seasoned Full Stack Developer passionate about crafting seamless web experiences. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications degree. Dheeraj plays a pivotal role in the company where he excels in developing and deploying innovative websites and applications. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for cutting-edge technology, he contributes significantly to the company's missions and targets. 

Wangdi is a passionate Full Stack Web Developer dedicated to crafting intuitive user interfaces and architecting robust server-side solutions. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering degree. He is actively engaged in delivering multiple websites and web applications. As one of the core members of the Software Engineering team, he plays a crucial role in driving the success of our projects.
